The positive impact in my life of working with Helena was immediate. Helena was able to quickly identify and target the self-limiting beliefs and patterns I’ve been functioning with most of my life. These beliefs and patterns had trapped me in a cycle of self-sabotage and kept me showing up in my life in a way that has always kept success (in all its forms) just out of my reach.
Helena has an ease and mastery of unpacking and cutting through the crap whilst still ensuring you feel supported, validated and safe every step of the way. There has not been a moment in Helena’s presence that I have felt like anything less than a Queen.
To me, the work Helena has done for me is like Kintsugi - the Japanese art of putting broken pottery back together with gold, turning the broken and imperfect into something even more beautiful than it was before.
