But, I found a way out, and now I want to guide you.
For many years I was terrified of speaking on stages and reluctant to share anything publicly. I began my professional life in the corporate world, avoiding public speaking opportunities, and sharing my opinions and ideas in case I was shot down or made to look silly.
I had all these fears around what if people aren’t interested in what I share? What if I look silly? What if I get it wrong?
Joining the entrepreneurial world, I carried these fears with me. I was afraid of being judged for who I was, what I was doing and what I was sharing. I spent excessive time overthinking, over-preparing and avoiding visibility opportunities like speaking at events of doing live video.
I was afraid of upsetting people, getting it wrong or screwing up in some way. I resisted having an online presence, didn’t want to sell my offers and avoided talking about my achievements or sharing testimonials.
Until one day enough was enough.
I had big dreams that wouldn’t materialize if I kept standing in my own way.
It was time to get visible.
At this point I was already a skilled mindset coach, but I knew mindset alone wasn’t enough to shift my deep aversion to being visible. I needed to understand how to shift the root cause of my fears deep in my subconscious. So I trained in advanced hypnotherapy and other deep subconscious process work to reprogram my mind at the deepest level.
This worked to some extent but wasn’t sufficient.
I realised my body held deep imprints and fears that needed disarming. My nervous system had to feel safe being visible in front of many people. So I trained in embodiment practices and learnt the skills to manage my nervous system to hold more.
Working with all of these touch points, I experienced huge transformational shifts, and my process to transform visibility was born.

A: During the weekly live calls, there will be the chance for speed coaching to assist every participant in creating life-changing breakthroughs and permanent change.

A: This is an audio course and each module will be released in the course Telegram group. You can listen to these in your own time. The live group calls are on a Thursday evening (Bali time). These will be interactive and a chance for you to ask questions, experience speed coaching or learn a new practice or technique. If you miss them, there will be recordings!
